What do higher end models tend to get priced at for Black Friday historically? I've been eyeing a Vitamix for my kitchen for a year now, so no reason I can't wait another month.

Not better than $230. I think Amazon had the 5200 for $375 last year. QVC has the e520 for $320 with the new customer coupon.

I need a Vitamix with a lower profile container. 32oz seems to be better for my daily needs.

This coupon and sale also applies to the Creations II 48-oz Blender, price is $239. From what I've read the Creations is actually an older 5200 with a 5 year warranty instead of 7. It's a little beefier than the Explorian for only $10 more. https://www.qvc.com/vitamix-creat...ml?sc=srch

I believe it has more sound deadening material as well.

I have an older Creations and yeah, that's correct, basically a 5200. Had it since 2014, and no need for a warranty. At year 9, I did need to replace the container which wasn't cheap, but I got a deal on it on BF from Vitamix.
