These work pretty good when one wakes up at night, needing a snack. Other Horme'ls have more protein/calories, but this one is smallest filling. One minute to microwave, and less than $1 each.

They are decent to keep at work. If you work IT you never know when you might be stuck at your desk.

They are not bad for those emergencies, the portion is tiny though. I think of it as MRE with flavors.
