This is a pretty old version of the QCs. Be sure to check the BT version before buying. Also, from the packaging, I would guess it's the Costco version.
EDIT: I have the 45s from Costco and quite like them. My only complaint is that there's no mode with no ANC. Only ANC and talk-through. If you're sensitive to ear suck, it's nice to be able to disable it.

What about the battery life. The last year the original Bose QC35 was produced was 2018. The battery is already 7 years old.

Not sure but according to seller comes with 6 months manufacture warranty. Contact seller to be sure! Hope that helps.
