The best way to verify is to find the CPU on Intel's site, and look for the "socket supported" field. In this case, it's a "FCBGA1744" socket, better known as BGA 1744. Intel CPUs usually fall into the LGA or BGA categories, with BGA being soldered, LGA being removable.
