You mean they fully cooked your chicken? Lucky you! We've somehow received under cooked chicken almost every visit so we stopped going. And it does seem like the sides and such were made over an hour before being served. Likely a staffing problem but not an excuse for gross and under cooked food.

I think the clencher for us was when we found out how they make their brown gravy. Last time I checked they literally mixed in used fryer oil as part of the recipe. vomit Also those instant potatoes from a powder are like grade school cafeteria quality yet they charge a lot for sides.
