I own one of these, the wireless started dropping every few minutes. Had the extended Microsoft warranty, sent it in 3 times, they kept sending back the same controller without fixing it. It's in my closet, such a waste of time and money.

I still have the original version 1... it's still holding up good always wanted to get the second version and I always heard bad stories.

I've had one since it was released. A couple of the buttons started registering inconsistently after about a year of light use. Been using my series x controller since then with no issues

Only reason I had one of these was winning it from a giveaway. I couldn't get warranty support for it since I didn't have a receipt and you better believe you'll need the support with this thing.

I love this controller. When I got it my first one had major stick drift after a few months but they sent me a new one. I've also had to replace the shell and one of the thumb sticks(it came with backups).

Bought one of these and the joystick broke just a few days after the warranty expired. Sending it in for repairs costs $80 so it's now a very expensive paperweight.

Oddly enough I've been using standard XBOX controllers for years and none have ever broke.
