Too much... can build [ or buy..seen some] with a 265k for $1-200 less and crushes the old 12900

An outdated 4-year-old processor and a GPU that goes on sale with the desktop for $1200-$1500, with better and newer processors. Who in their right mind is upvoting this? Am I missing something?
