Great deal for 2x WiFi 7 Mesh, but remember kids, The range is the same as Wifi 6. No need to upgrade if you already have Wifi 6 and/or paying for 1gbps or less

It can be a pretty massive upgrade if someone's going from WiFi 6 and is in a congested area or household (especially apartment). Wifi 6 is still on the 5ghz band, while 6E and 7 have 6ghz.

That said, I'd look elsewhere. MSI isn't known for reliable routers. Quite the opposite.

Had to replace my wifi 6 because it couldn't deal with my amount of devices. But remember dual band and wifi 7 next to each other is a waste.

WiFi 7 and/or 6ghz alone won't increase the number of devices you can have connected simultaneously, that's controlled by the performance of the CPU and amount of ram in the router. WiFi 7 routers do tend to have faster CPUs and more ram on account of being newer, but you can find WiFi 6 routers that are just as powerful if you look for them.

Spending extra for a 6ghz router when most devices don't support it is a waste.
