I bought this a couple weeks ago and have already used it a few times, seems like good quality. No issues with it. Buying another 2 now to give away as gifts.

Unless you drop them and break them, these things last forever. We have the classic Orange crockpot from the 1970s and it functions exactly as it should.

Buy the one's that have a clamp that seals the cover. Much more efficent, and most importantly no food smell at all in your home. I replaced mine with the sealed version and now I can cook things in the kitchen overnight vs in the garage.

Nothing special. Anything you put in crockpot in the open floor plan house, the food smell takes over. It's not a bad smell but I prefer the home is not smelling that much food. Fresh air only
