the op3 was like a Chinese's toy compared to the s11
op3 Screen was awful for color and shift and brightness. speakers did about half of what the s11 could do. touch and pen support felt like a Walmart tablet so did the actual screen/glass itself. had a weird stutter in a lot of apps and scrolling, the connect your phone thing never worked right. big deal for me in that price point. cameras even front for video calls were 10yr old quality and lagged out the tablet. you have spend another 150 200 for case n pen. Software doesn't feel fleshed out. some of it feel like they dev ed for a phone and just pushed it to tablet.
But the battery and SD8 support in some apps was amazing. the s11 just did everything better
Samsung dropped the ball with mediateck so many apps i use including tiktok are missing core features and settings and some apps had a lower refresh rate hard lock default. but man that screen is mint and the over all spen is unmatched and software compatibility.
I dont know if the OP2 is anything like the 3 and at a 345 student discount maybe its worth it but I think the xiaomi pad 8 pro is next on my list unless some puts out a oled 10-11 inch with a SD 8+ etc

Had the OP3 and S11 on my desk last week — got them both for around $550 each (plus the pen for the OP2). I ended up returning both. That deal's gone now, though.
The OP3 felt like a cheap Chinese toy compared to the S11.
On the positive side, battery life and Snapdragon 8 performance in some apps were amazing. But overall, the S11 just did everything better.
That said, Samsung dropped the ball with the MediaTek version. Many of my apps (including TikTok) are missing key features and settings, and a few are locked to a lower refresh rate. Still, that screen is gorgeous, and the S Pen plus software compatibility are unmatched.
I don't know if the OP2 is anything like the OP3, but at the $345 student discount, maybe it's worth it. Otherwise, I think the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro is next on my list—unless someone finally releases a 10–11 inch OLED with a Snapdragon 8+ or better.
