The brand listed is Truyis but if you review the images show the brand as Gurzita. The reviews on Amazon smell fake. If you do google image of the photos from the reviews they show up on Nigerian sites.
As for the quality I picked these up the last time they were on SD and the ratchet stopped working within a month and would randomly unbucket. No response from the sell. The material seemed to be plastic like material made to look like leather but it certainly wasn't leather. The teeth on the bucket would slide off the cut end of the belt.
