Use the "Transfer Here" link in this post. It'll have you log in to Chase Rewards at the transfer page for Southwest.

I finally figured it out after calling Customer Support. This option is only available for certain Chase credit cards which I do not have.

I couldn't find process on Chase website, so I called them. They said I would have to Call Southwest for the transfer process. But then they said the points from my Chase Unlimited card could not be transferred to Southwest.

Anyone have a screenshot to where you click to do this? I used the link but I don't see where you go to transfer the points.

Probably worth 1.5-1.7 cents per point. Worth it if you want to fly SWA since points don't expire and can be cancelled without penalty. Paying cash for flights starts a 6 or 12 month expiration on those funds.
