Lookout for Giftcards.com , like jtree1 said there was a deal where you can get a cap up to $2,500 worth of disney giftcards and get discounted 10% as well.

Bestbuy discounted their Disney giftcards last year for 10% off, so look out for that.

Newegg, BJ's, and other stores during holidays. look out for that i suppose

Not possible. I tried multiple use cases and the website wouldn't let you make a purchase. It is strictly tied to the membership.

fysa there's a delay after you receive the email. i tried redeeming them too quickly (bought mine on Fri morning) and i ended up locking up 1 of the 4 gift cards i bought. i had to call Disney gift card to unlock it. they said i had to wait another 48 hrs before i attempted to add them to my disney account under the disneygiftcard site.
