So, BB shows that low price. Then, below, they have "Pricing Options" that are higher to connect to ATT/Verizon or even higher to connect to other carriers later.

How do you only pay for the low price at the top and not get stuck with the higher prices to connect to carriers??? I want to walk away with the low price unlocked and get a cheap carrier on my own.
