Asus specs page doesn't say IPS or TN, but you're guaranteed 45% NTSC screen (bottom of the barrel in terms of color)

As for no USB-C charging, these say yes though I wouldn't trust either of these 100%:

If not, there are USB PD trigger cables you can buy for $10. The hardest part is to find what size is the barrel jack. For older Asus laptop they use 4.0mmx1.35mm, and 20V is fine when the laptop charger says 19V.
(Edit) Costco page says ø4.5 (mm) so it's likely a different kind of jack than my 10-year-old Asus laptop.
