This movie got memed to death back in the day because of one scene but it's actually very good. It's about the last days in Hitler's bunker from the perspective of one of his personal secretaries. Bruno Ganz should have at least been nominated for an Oscar for this one.

I live for WW2 history and absolutely love history of Nazi Germany and the Soviet union during that period.
It's amazing how well Bruno Ganz portrayed Hitler at the end. Still clinging to impossible dilusions, someone who has lost all power yet at the same time had the power of God for everyone around him. The hand twitching, the mood changes. Even him sitting in a dark room staring at a picture of Napoleon.
I remember watching it for the first time as a teenager and I cried at the end. Just such a horrible thing that we as a people are doomed to repeat sadly.
Look Who's Back (2015) (Er ist wieder da) is also good. Besides YouTube, it's unofficially banned on US streaming platforms. The Blu-ray is sold on Amazon and eBay.
