like everyone says it is very good for the price. you need to buy your own chain oil and you do need to use it

seems more powerful than my sunjoe mini chainsaw/polesaw.

I got one of these deals a couple of weeks ago and this little chainsaw is surprisingly pretty great! No problems cutting through 2-3 inch branches and the bamboo that my neighbor planted and has now jumped the fence into my yard.

I've been clearing my property of small trees and bushes. The reciprocating saw is more versatile and more precise. But for small stuff (anything 5"D and smaller), the mini-chainsaw can't be beat.

Exception: Roots. Cutting dirt is strictly verboten when using a chainsaw. 🧐

Yes, but not vice versa. Makita tools have some sort of proprietary detail that forces you to use OEM Makita batteries. So, while Makita batteries work on Seesii tools, Seesii batteries do not work on Makita tools.

Personally, I own a lot of DeWalt tools, so I use my DeWalt batteries to power the Seesii chainsaw by adding a DeWalt-to-Makita battery adapter. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BQR8R2JC
