Wow this stuff is cheap. If you have a shed or something, this plus a few panels is cheaper than running wires underground.

For these do you essentially need a large amount of space in a garage? You can't just "squeeze" it in there right?

Technically not a Hybrid, but an All in One. It can't push excess to the Grid. Good deal though if you are electrically inclined.

I'm building a little travel trailer and am thinking a system like this would be a solid fit. Folks who know much more about this than me - is this a dumb idea? Are there any how-to's for building out a mobile power system using components like these?

Edit to add - the other option is an all-in-one type of product that integrates the battery, solar charger and AC inverter. Those are meaningfully more expensive and are not easily expandable, but would be a much simpler fit and more flexible for home emergency backup. Pros and cons! Appreciate any thoughts folks want to share.
