Thats unfortunate because it's a very important part of the tool, I don't know why Dewalt chose to use plastic for it. Good thing this tool will have a low usage rate in my possession. The rest of the tool is well made.

they never explained why, just said f me for some reason. all my orders get automatically cancelled. they lost 40K+ of business to murdoch's and FnF, so far. they really showed me.
