i bet taste is good... but these arent great for protein bros.

milk and soy protein are the major source with seed oils being the next biggest ingredient.

The Atkins Mocha Latte is fabulous if you like that type of flavor. Does not taste like a "protein drink". Premier's Mocha Latte flavor is also great.
Atkins- half as much protein as Premier. At these prices, I always buy this flavor from each when on sale.

14.97 for the chocolate peanut butter (1.25/per) strong protein shakes seems like a decent deal. Cheapest I can find anything at my local stores are 6.97 for 4 (1.74/per) and they're some weird brand with almost no info about their ingrediants.
