Change delivery date should be free and makes no sense to charge for it, especially for packages that need signed for.

I just make anything that needs signed for arrives around Thursday/Friday that way they redeliver it on Saturday lol

I don't know how to do that, but Amex has equivalent offer of $5 cash back on $19.99 or more spent on UPS My Choice premium. Mine is valid through 12/31/25.
