They do, but these are a cheap knockoff of another emulation device. The SD card that comes with these easily corrupts. So yes, it will come with some games loaded but your best bet is still to load your own SD card. Reddit has a dedicated subreddit dedicated to the R36. Worth checking out

Besides emulating retro games, R36S can also run some amazing PortMaster games (unofficial ARM64 Linux ports of PC or Android games), like AM2R, Axiom Verge, Half-Life, GTA III/Vice City, Max Payne, Stardew Valley, Shovel Knight (Treasure Trove & Pocket Dungeon), Celeste, Balatro, TMNT: Shredder's Revenge, Minecraft (Java Edition), The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, UNDERTALE, DELTARUNE, etc.
