Rewards will only be earned for the out-of-pocket amount paid pretax, after all coupons, discounts, points used.
Note: Rewards will be rounded DOWN to the nearest dollar. Not rounded up or down.
Example: If you pay $9.99 pretax, you will receive $9 worth of rewards points.
My strategy is to be sure to price match with WM or Amazon, whichever is lower. This means less rewards back, so less that you will have to spend at Staples. That also reduces sales tax a bit.
AGAIN: Rewards points do not roll, so any points used towards a purchase will not earn rewards. Do not use point toward this purchase.

The name brand batteries are so expensive that even if you buy batteries and then use the points to get more batteries, the cost is still higher than regular price alternatives like Amazon Basics or Kirkland.

They have stopped all rewards due to new owner is taking over by the EOY. OD has to clear as much as they can to carve out. Not sure who the new owner would be tough.
