At Costco, the Yale Assure locks (the 1st version) went on sale late last year and early this year for between $130 and $140.
Reviews not great. Anyone have these? Any good?

No physical keys, unfortunately. If technology fails for some reason, I'll have to break the door. However, it's okay to get a key if you have another way to enter your home.

It has a 9v battery port if the battery dies. I have other ways into the house, if needed, but in 3 years, I've needed battery 0 times and in 3 years, I haven't been locked out. Another way to look at it is there isn't a keyhole for lock picking lawyer to pick to show you the vulnerabilities.

They are ok. Batteries die quickly without the wall wart, no firmware updates with older models, no after purchase care, support is abysmal. But they look nice! And they do the trick.

Confirmed, but battery lasts forever with just Bluetooth/ door codes.
