When did they expire? I ask because I've had codes with an expiration date that was years old still work. It depends on the company though I suppose.

I thought all Playstation codes truly expire on the date unlike on xbox where codes may work beyond the date.

I doubt they've had all of these physical copies for 2+ years, they probably reissued the digital codes on the newer ones. Target is a mile away from me so if they have it and code doesn't work returning it isn't too much of a hassle for me.

My local target did not have any on shelf. When I asked an employee they got one from the back for this price.
The code on mine has an expiration date of March 2028.

I had not checked the back at all. I purchased and found the code inside when I opened it with the expiration date as March 2028.I just checked after your comment and see the back has the expiration date of Jan 01 2024.

After reading the expiration dates in this thread, I decided to open my copy from two years ago (ha).There were two codes. Spiderman Remastered and DLC for Miles Morales. Both had January 1st 2024 expiration dates. I tried to redeem them. Spiderman Remastered was able to be redeemed successfully despite the expiration date. The DLC won't redeem and stated expired code.

I dont remember if my local target had this (maybe) but they had God of War Ragnarock for $21 too so its YMMV on games too.
