The "hellhound" version has been $559 on Amazon & Newegg for a while:

https://www.amazon.com/PowerColor...9070-GDDR6

the Hellhound being a slightly more premium model that offers factory overclocking and a more robust cooler. The Reaper is a more budget-friendly, 2-slot card with a simpler design that is closer to the MSRP and has a smaller form factor. Both are based on the same AMD GPU but differ in clock speeds, cooling design, and price.

How does this compare to a 5060 Ti? This is matching that on price right?

This is a step above the 5060 Ti performance wise. A 5060 Ti can be found for around $100 less though.

Factory overclocking is now just a gimmick. All cards auto-OC now. The cooler is overkill on both cards. I'd get the one that fits your build.
Unless the hellhound has an extra power connector, there's really no extra OC headroom.
Link seems broken btw.

Pretty much. If they really want that "OC bios" sometimes you can get the supposedly lower card and flash the higher tier bios onto it.

This outperforms 5060ti by anywhere from 20-40%, but 5060ti is $429 retail and less on sale. 5060ti is generally considered to have better performance per dollar if you don't need the higher performance of the 9070.

Agreed. SD staff had adjusted the link, here is the direct one:
