A set is the way to go as they get pricey if you buy them per piece. That said, Gearwrench has a few on sale if you really only need a couple individual wrenches.

I don't see that either of them tested these in particular. I've got a couple and they are fine. They're 72 teeth, and the ratcheting mechanism feels better than similar Craftsman wrenches I have, but aren't the smoothest I've used. Totally fine for an occasional DIYer.

I haven't tested anything like their load to failure, but I'd guess if you break these you're probably abusing them.
