The Logitech Lift is a compact vertical ergonomic mouse that stands out for wrist comfort, especially for long work sessions. It is repeatedly described as more comfortable than the larger MX Vertical, with a shape that fits medium hands well and a scroll wheel that feels better than expected. Bluetooth, the Bolt receiver, Logitech Flow, and quick switching across up to three devices add useful flexibility, and the removable AA battery is a practical plus. The main tradeoffs are a learning curve, occasional awkwardness for fine pointing, and a bottom mounted device switch that feels unintuitive. A strong fit for desk work if vertical mice suit your hand size.

Got this mouse and the Logitech ergo keyboard last year while I was dealing with severe wrist pain at work (engineer on the computer all day). Tried a bunch of different combos of mice/keyboard, but this mouse and the K860 keyboard combo worked tremendously in helping relieve my pain. 10/10 recommend for anyone dealing with similar issues. Yes there's a learning curve and it'll feel awkward with both the new mouse and keyboard at first, but after a couple weeks, it all felt natural. More expensive than the knockoffs? Yes. But my comfort is worth it and wanted to go with a reputable brand and wouldn't look back. Also, if you're into macros and stuff, you can set custom key binds and all that from the Logitech app.

I regret getting the MX Vertical. The smaller format is so much more comfortable than the larger one for those with M hands.
The only reasons I got the MX Vertical was stupid: USB-C charging and it was more expensive and more expensive is better.
I think the vertical also has a much nicer scroll wheel. I just wish either of these came with the free scroll wheel the MX Master series has. I do agree that I found the shape of this more comfortable than the MX, and I guess that's the reason most would get either.

i use anker vertical wireless mouse... does this one has real advantage over that... anker costed $10 (7 years ago).
Quick switch(up to 3), logitech flow and bolt receiver capability(Useful when you can't/don't want to connect via bluetooth).

Lift can work with bolt receiver(superior version of unified receiver) while MX Vertical cannot, if all your other devices is using bolt, you might prefer lift.
Meanwhile I felt like the removable battery a big plus, I've seen many dead devices due to a bloated battery at this point. I understand fancy keyboards such as MX Keys won't work with AA batteries but there's no excuse for mouse.

With ergonomics it's really YMMV.
Start of pandemic I bought one due to wrist pain, even tried it out first in Microcenter. But it wasn't right and I just end up with a perfectly normally good G305, ultimately the biggest difference maker to comfort was changing to a chair that had more adjustments available specifically elbow height.

I loved the way these vertical mice felt, but the fine pointing and selecting was making me curl my wrist for that pin point accuracy.

I have the MX Vertical and love the design a lot more than I would have imagined, very comfortable to use.

I would add that 1) the Anker ones seems to chew through batteries a LOT faster than the Lift does, 2) the lift has bluetooth capability on top of the dongle so it can pair with other devices (I have work and personal laptops paired), 3) the lift didn't seem to suffer from some serious interference issues that I had with the Anker on the work laptop.
The Lift feels a bit better for me in shape and "soft" touch surface, but the Anker has the value here.

I bought this last year for around the same price. It's... fine. But if my mouse disappeared today, I would not get this style again. Would not recommend unless you need something for wrist pain. Here's why:
Personally, this does nothing for me in the way of ergonomics. Now, I never suffered from carpal tunnel, so take that for what it's worth. The downside regardless of ergonomic benefit is that because of its shape and height, it's not uncommon that I accidentally knock it over when moving my hand from keyboard to mouse. Even after 15+ months of use, I still do it on occasion, enough for it to be annoying. I saw warnings about this in reviews and brushed them off, thinking I'd adapt, but I guess it's just hard to undo decades of muscle memory.

Anker's is a generic OEM product that has Anker logo.
They don't last longer than Logitech's in my experience. especially the wheel is weak.

I disagree. This mouse stopped recurring shoulder tendonitis after switching from the horizontal variety. This type of mouse keeps your hands in neutral position with elbows at your side during use and significantly reduces long term wear on wrist and shoulder joints. Cannot recommend enough !

I have been using this mouse for work for the past 2 years and it's great for work related tasks. I found it made gaming difficult due to a lack of buttons and less precision than my G502. I work ~8 hours a day and only game a few hours per week so I just juggle the two mice and my wrist pain has gone away.
