Wanted to love Tulsa King, as I love Sly and grew up with him. But it's essentially the old man's version of Entourage, no real stakes, his character easily slides in and out of trouble, so it's kind of a fun mindless show to watch but it could have been so much more. Just my opinion

Yeah, the show is watchable but I wouldn't be buying it either. Limited replay value.

I watched the first season and enjoyed it for what it was. Kind of a silly fish out of water story, even if it had some ham handed boomer humor in it. But dear lord, season 2 was something awful. I think I made it one or two episodes. The dressing room montage sent me reeling, but then the Jellyroll musical cameo made me turn it off and cancel my paramount+ subscription.
