Besides the water, reconstituted apple, grape, plum, pear juices, before you even get to the cranberry and pomegranate juices, it then has "natural flavor" (why?), added ascorbic acid (I guess the actual concentrated juice has lost its natural Vitamin C because it's either old or too processed), and fumaric acid (why?).

Per the label, this has almost zero nutritional value and 26g of sugar for 8 oz, which is the same as a regular Coke. One teaspoon of sugar is roughly 5.19 grams, so this has over 5 teaspoons of sugar in 8 oz.

This is basically a flat soda.

The first 4 ingredients are apple, grape, plum, and pear juices. I don't know how companies get away with this BS false advertising.

Label seems a bit misleading. I would think only two fruits were used and no added water. The ingredients makes it sound more like a fruit punch! 😎

Not like "FLAVORED BLEND OF 6 JUICES" is on the front of the label.....

Funny thing is, this is closer to juice than 90% of the cheese's most Americans consume...err, ChEeSe pRoDuCt.

it is on the label, but Amazon's listing of the ingredients does seem to omit cranberries.

No. Soda is all sugar after the water. This is wholesome. It has the wonderful properties and benefits of the whole fruit, even if everything but the sugar water plus a bit more is eliminated.

See OP's thumbnail photo (above) of the nutrition/ingredients label from the back of the bottle. Cranberry and pomegranate juices are the 5th and 6th juices listed.

Juice in general isn't healthy, it's concentrated sugar. If you want fruit to be healthy, you have to eat an actual piece of fruit with all its complexity and fiber matrix. Your body has to work to actually absorb the sugar, and it takes time to do so, so it doesn't have the immediate detrimental effect of concentrated sugar. Even if there were any health benefit, it would be negated by the amount of sugar damaging your body. It is so bad they actually had to add lab created vitamin c because the original concentrated juices had lost their natural vitamin C.

But believe whatever you want. You might actually do some research, though, for your own health.

Haha!! I knew the first ingredient would be apple juice. It got so bad with how much apple juice they started adding about 3 years ago I stopped buying Ocean Spray completely. Not only did my gut appreciate it but so did my wallet.
