not enough. you'll be fine with 60 hz as long as you've never gotten used to 120. Just like you'll be fine with 120 hz...unless you've gotten used to 240. It feels like your brain is microstuttering or PC is lagging once you go back down. My new build is only 180 hz and i instantly perceive the difference from the second i start dragging the cursor on desktop.
