The P1S Combo is a fast, enclosed Bambu printer that stands out for reliable, low fuss printing and the convenience of AMS multi color support. The combo is praised for reducing manual filament swaps, storing moisture sensitive filament, and handling abrasive materials better when paired with hardened nozzle and extruder upgrades. Pricing chatter centers on Best Buy matching Bambu and possible cashback or gift card stacking, while the AMS setup can be confusing because the original AMS, AMS 2 Pro, buffer, and hub all carry different upgrade costs. Main cautions are privacy concerns, limited support for engineering filaments, and uncertainty around newer P2S pricing and release timing.

You can add the $5 4-in-1 PTFE adapter between the buffer and the AMS units if you want to connect more AMS units down the line. You need a 3-4 inch PTFE tube running from the adapter to the buffer and it works flawlessly. I'm running that setup right now with an AMS 2 PRO and an AMS HT.
That's an awesome tip! I'm buying one of those $5 4-in-1 to do that!! Thanks! And I save $ not having to buy the hub! Take that Bambu! 🤣 I'll prob put another one after the buffer so I can run single spools (like TPU) into the printer without having to disconnect anything.

Not sure when PS2 will be shipped to US. Not sure how true it is but Google AI search came up with: A related issue is the delay in FCC certification. The US has banned many Chinese testing labs from providing certification, creating a backlog. This means the product cannot be legally sold in the US until proper certification is obtained, regardless of tariff status. I ordered the P2S from several CA sites but they all cancelled my order and refunded my CC saying they can't ship it to the US. WTH?

Maybe there are some major spyware or security implications with these shiny new P2S machines and China had to pull them back and take them out of the boxes, remove spyware, repack them, and they are sweating it right now because all the boxes look opened now, lol.

How did you get a flashforge for $155 and enclosure kit for $15? I only saw AD5X for $240 before tax deal, and no deal on the enclosure.

I finally got around to setting up my AMS 2 pro with the Hub for extending later to more AMS units but the filament stops/jams at the hub. I looked on the Bambu forums and there were other people with similar issues. Bambu customer support wait time is 2-3 days...

Not to my knowledge. Bambu Labs website says they have a public announcement for the H2C printer on November 18th, 2025, at 6:00 Am pst.
Guessing the H2C won't be sold in US for awhile either but then again, too rich for my blood....

it was a fp deal that lasted a day or two.

flashforge on amazon will sell a enclosure kit for 16 when you buy it from used like new store. The two i ordered from flashforge the box was old or broken alittle and everything came new in the box. you have to 3d print the pieces thats it.
it looks sick and wont go bback to a open 3d printer again, it really works better for sound proofing and keeping the enclosure hotter. so prints come out better.

FLASHFORGE Adventurer 5M 3D Printer Enclosure kit, DIY Design, Reduce Noise, Increase Safety and Odor Isolation, Supports Printing High Temperature Filaments, Like ASA and PC

The $750 for the p2s is just the printer standalone, not the combo with AMS that this deal is.
I did some reading on the upcoming P2S, and there are certainly some improvements over the P1S, but as a noob, going into 3D printing, I am going with the P1S deal.

$50 more if you do the buffer instead of the $70 more for the hub so depends on your AMS needs I guess.
What's the difference? I have 10 printers between fdm and SLA but no with AMS so I was going to get the K1 Max refurb with their AMS for about this same price cuz I tend to do bigger shit. However, I'm always seeming to have to repair something

ahh good catch - yeah if you don't plan on connecting more than one AMS in the future, just get buffer
Yeah but I just realized for 20 bucks you don't close yourself off and it seems like the hub has the same buffer so I guess you want to say 20 bucks but for the price of a A full Jack in the box meal or a large double quarter pounder with cheese meal you don't lock yourself off and force yourself to spend another 70 bucks, which would be a total of $120, because you didn't want to spend $70 and instead wanted to spend 20 the first time. At least that's how I look at it.
