Thanks. Bought excellent with BB protection. I cannot deal with manufacturer's RMAs.

I was waiting for a Black Friday deal on a QD OLED and saw this deal. The reviews I saw said this is comparable to higher end models like XG27UCDM as long as you don't care about display port 2.1 bandwidth.
Local BB had one for pickup. I spent about half an hour in store looking at the screen with a flashlight and running monitor tests. Theres some scuffs and minor scratches but it's the type of thing you can't see unless the display is off and you're shining light at an angle. Pretty happy so far, I didn't think I would get such a high spec monitor for this price!

How does this model compare with the MSI 26.5″ WQHD QD-OLED 240hz (which will be on sale at Costco for $379.99 for Black Friday)

Edit: nevermind this one is 4k. The MSI is 2560 x 1440

4k is bad at 27inch. Recommend 32, 34 for 4k.

Monitor got delivered. Bestbuy is no longer a trustworthy store, gone scammy. I bought Excellent and they sent Fair labeled monitor with "a chunk of screen missing". I am never again buying from them.

I ordered one also in excellent condition. We'll see if mine looks good.

I got one in fair condition. The original firmware has a bug that affects the "OLED Usage Info" display—it doesn't show the accumulated hours correctly. However, after updating to the current MCM104 firmware, the usage hours are displayed accurately. Mine showed about 2,300 hours!
I believe most of the units listed as fair or good condition are likely floor models being cleared out, and they typically come with just the cables. Functionally, it still works well, but I recommend searching for an OLED burn-in test that displays full-screen colors—especially shades of gray, which tend to reveal issues. Mine had minor but permanent burn-in on the left and right edges, only visible in gray tones. I'm not sure what kind of content was being shown to cause that, but I do know these monitors are often left running all day on static screens without all the protective "sleep" features, which is harmful for OLED panels.

I'd suggest going for an "excellent" condition unit to increase the chances of getting one with more reasonable usage hours. I'll probably return this fair condition one.

Purchased and returned it on site when I went to pick it up.
The clerk brought it out in bubble wrap. Only included the stand and the power cord. Missing other accessories. I purchased the excellent condition which should include all the accessories.

I picked up a fair condition as well - 3200 on screen hours (!), but don't see any burn in or dead pixels. It didn't come with a box, but the accessories (cables and manuals) appear to be all there. I'm a total member so I have 60 days to return... or find a good deal on an open box 32".

Yes. Similar experience. Except they delivered my unit with a chipped screen. It is a scam.

I picked one up in fair condition and it's great. No noticeable burn in. It was missing the power cable and oddly included a dp 1.4 cable and some kind of motherboard bracket and motherboard manuals. I had a spare three prong cable so no power expenses.

For reference I already have the pg27ucdm which is one tier higher than the xg27ucdmg and I notice zero difference in quality. For reference the pg27ucdm just includes dp2.1.

I need to check the hours on.
