Nice. But what kills it, IMHO is, hoods that are made to accommodate a climing helmet,.. look kinda goofy. Unless you're actually wearing a helmet.

Seems like a lot of negative reviews with SaC at trustpilot. Any comments about experience with customer service would be appreciated.

Sounds like you should take up climbing. You know what they say, clothes make the man.
As someone who does actually go climb outside. This looks like a fairly quality midlayer at a good price. I prefer lightly filled synthetic jackets for midlayering purposes though.

Steep and Cheap is 100% legit, it's a subbrand of backcountry.com. I can't speak to their customer service, but it's not definitely not a scam website.

Just had a horrible experience with steep &,Cheap. Ordered a couple of small items waited 10 business days. No package. They claimed to resend, received notice package was being delivered on Sunday. No delivery.
Get notification package out will be delivered Monday between 110:30 and 4. No delivery. Steep and cheap customer service was of no use canceled order then get email regarding how to return items.
Horrible customer service not worth the minor savings vs other retailers.
