As a bald guy who's used these in the past... They're awful. Just Bic your head. The time it takes to clean these things is the same amount of time it takes to shave your head with a razor.
I prefer these to razors. They work well. Been using similar ones for about the last 5 years. It's not as close as a bladed razor but it's much more convenient. Basically if you use a bladed razor and wait about 5 hours, that's what this looks like. Not a huge visual difference.
