I'll start with I LOVE SCRUBS. With that said be aware that due to licensing issues (because streaming was not a thing when contracts for Scrubs was originally written up) there are several (not all) songs (an integral part of the emotional beats of the series) that are no longer the original song from the series and now have a "placeholder" song in streaming. The only place you can get the original songs is on the physical media. Don't get me wrong, streaming even with the placeholders is still funny but some of those emotional beats are definitely blunted....to be fair, many may not even notice the difference but better to be aware before taking the plunge.

Bob: So what do you think, Perry?

Perry : I don't know what to tell you there Bobbo. Either this kid has a lightbulb up his butt, or his colon has a great idea.

Found a list of the changes. I really hate how our world runs on capitalism, making this happen. Same thing happened with Quantum Leap, most noticeably on the massively emotional scene with Al's wife in the finale.

Anyway, here's a list:

• My Fruit Cups (S2E8) -

Cox's girlfriend Julie and pregnant Jordan are both seen around the hospital trying to seduce Cox

DVD song: "Mother We Just Can't Get Enough" by New Radicals

Netflix song: "Livin' Large" by Dee

End scene, JD and Turk are enjoying their stolen pudding

DVD song: "Ride Wit Me" by Nelly feat. City Spud

Netflix song: "I'm Free" by Zen Passante

• My Monster (S2E10) - end scene, JD and Elliot hook up, ending JD's "peep being on the fritz"

DVD song: "Dreaming of You" by The Coral

Netflix song: "Dirty Minds" by Here Come the Mummies

• My Sex Buddy (S2E11) - end scene, JD is about to tell Elliot he loves her but she tells him she wants to be just friends

DVD song: "Tell Her This" by Del Amitri

Netflix song: "Paper Thin" by Jay Crocker

• My TCW (S2E18) - end scene, "nothing sucks more than feeling alone... No matter how many people are around"

DVD song: "Come Around" by Rhett Miller

Netflix song: "Not Happy Now" by Treeball

• My Kingdom (S2E19) - fantasy about 2 minutes in where JD and Turk enter the hospital as pimps

DVD song: "The Payback" by James Brown

Netflix song: ???

• My Interpretation (S2E20) - Turk has a sex dream about Elliot; JD has sex with TCW at her late husband's funeral

DVD song: "Let's Get It On" by Marvin Gaye

Netflix song: "Handful of the Blues" by Dustin Bentall

• My Drama Queen (S2E21) - Ted has a little victory by telling Kelso that he's getting a soda before he goes to his office

DVD song: "Don't You (Forget About Me)" by Simple Minds

Netflix song: Unknown song ("Who's the man?")

• My Dream Job (S2E22) - end scene, Kelso is yelling at Elliot, and Dr. Cox comes over and punches Kelso in the face

DVD song: "My Brilliant Feat" by Colin Hay

Netflix song: "To French Ave." by The Ghost is Dancing

• My White Whale (S3E3) - fantasy where JD and Elliot are on a boat in a lake, with Sean tied up and gagged, and they throw him overboard

DVD song: "Lovin' You" by Minnie Riperton

Netflix song: "Songs Without Words, Op. 19, No. 1" by Felix Mendelssohn

• My Catalyst (S3E12) - end scene, Dr. Casey is washing his hands over and over because of his severe OCD; JD stays and keeps him company

DVD song: "Everything's Not Lost" by Coldplay

Netflix song: "Cat Burglar" by Jonathan Inc.

• My Porcelain God (S3E13) - end scene, Elliot finds the toilet paper trail up to the roof toilet and has her epiphany

DVD song: "A Murder of One" by Counting Crows

Netflix song: "On The Down" by Tim Cullen

• My Tormented Mentor (S3E15) - end scene, Dr. Miller puts on some music in the OR; Dr Cox gets over his self-pity and comforts Jordan

DVD song: "I'm With You" by Avril Lavigne

Netflix song: "Can't Erase It" by Lena Rock

• My Cake (S4E6) - Fantasy where JD is imagining that in Turk's head, Carly and Molly are lesbians.

DVD song: "Sanford and Sons Theme" by Quincy Jones

Netflix song: Unknown Rap/R&B song

• My Malpractice Decision (S4E8) - end scene, Nina kisses JD and Dr. Cox is "gavomiting"

DVD song: "I Want to Know" by The Mavericks

Netflix song: "Back to You" by Jeremy Kay

• My Unicorn (S4E11) - scene about 14 minutes in, JD finds Murray (Matthew Perry's character) flying the toy plane

DVD song: "Learn to Fly" by Foo Fighters

Netflix song: "Past the Breakers (Rough Waters Mix)" by The Distillery

• My Ocardial Infarction (S4E13) - end scene; JD takes a deep breath as per Elliot's advice, and handles trainwreck patient very well

DVD song: "All Kinds of Time" by Fountains of Wayne

Netflix song: Unknown instrumental

• My Boss' Free Haircut (S4E20) - Carla and Turk talk to Carla's deceased mother in the graveyard

DVD song: "Collide" by Howie Day

Netflix song: "Until You Are Here" by Tyrone Wells

4yo: Mom, do you know what scrubs are?

Me: A scrub is a guy who can't get no love from me. Hanging out the passenger side-

4yo: They're what nurses wear.

Me:...that too.

An internist told me that Scrubs is actually pretty accurate with what docs go though in training. You have to find humor in a place where everyone is suffering or dying around you. The struggle is real, but you still have to smile through it to keep going

For TV episodes I don't believe anywhere else.
