Found a list of the changes. I really hate how our world runs on capitalism, making this happen. Same thing happened with Quantum Leap, most noticeably on the massively emotional scene with Al's wife in the finale.

That was gonna be my question. I still have the first 7 or so seasons on disk but it's a bummer they had to switch that out. I saw a video doing a comparison of the before scene and after and it completely changes the tone for some scenes.

I mean, the first 6 or so seasons were filmed in SD, so I doubt it, the last few seconds you would probably only ever find at 720p because that's what most tv was broadcasted at at the time.

Can anyone who bought this bundle in "SD" confirm if you are able to watch the final few seasons that are available in HD separately in HD, or are they downgraded to SD with this bundle?

If you already own S8 and 9 in HD, they remain in HD after buying the bundle. If you don't own them already, then you only get SD and can buy them separately to upgrade them to HD.

Probably not. The producer came out and said it would be far too expensive due to the filming methods originally used for the show.
