studies showed fat free was good in the 80s. studies said saccharin was going to replace sugar a the healthy non sugar option. olean was according to science going to replace fat and not cause any negative side effects....
Anytime industry makes money by using something i question the studies and do my own testing.
When i cut seed oils i did it for performance to test it out, i didnt notice any of that too much but my stomach issues went away, less gassy, skin was clearer with less bumps. Ive had numerous other health nut friends swear by eliminating (i dont eliminate just reduce) them clearing up stomach and joint issues.
