Since this works with the base station, I think it would work with HA. Everything I added to ring system, including the first alert CO alarm shows up in HA though MQTT plug in (just add the sensor to ring app and restart MQTT).

Yes, works without a subscription. I set them up in case household members need immediate assistance. Without a sub, the base station will sound and send push notifications to mobile devices via the app.
