Yes, it's a Z-Wave device and can be added to Home Assistant locally as long as you have a Z-Wave dongle.

Yes, I have like 30+ of them on a zooz dongle in HA. They were arguably the best value before, this is just stupid cheap. They are great sensors

Just wanted to do some clarification here on the 10% discount.
