Bought one 2-3 years ago and had an issue during the summer where the handle spun but did not allow me to set a torque value. Took it back to back to HD for an exchange, assuming that an obvious internal failure was covered under the limited lifetime warranty. They gave me such a runaround. I was told I had to send it back back to Husky for an evaluation. If it was their problem, I would get a letter back for either repair or replacement through them, not HD. Wtf?
