This card can actually play BF6 on low setting but I'd spend a little more and go with a used 5700xt or 6600 to have better experience. If u just need something for Roblox or Fortnite for the kids then I guess this could work.

Remember this was a cash-grab attempt by AMD during the GPU shortage of 2020. This is a mobile GPU under the hood. A used 6600 would probably be the better bang-for-buck but there may be a niche market out there for this.

At this price point I'd rather get something used with at least 8GB

That being said if you need something low power this is the best price this has ever been according to the camels ($110)

I don't think this is a crazy deal, but I have check Facebook marketplace and for this price is hard to find something better, I guess if you just want to play basic games at low resolution this one should do the job.

Wow I remember during the GPU shortage a friend wanted a budget PC and didn't want any used parts and I unsuccessfully tried to convince him this card wasn't worth it at its then $260 price tag.

good price for someone looking for a new gpu (that hasnt been overclocked or torn apart by people that have no idea what they are doing trying to add thermal paste for an extra 5 frames).. the gpu crowd is real snobby nowadays but I doubt half the gamers out there are playing on a 4k monitor and looking for 200 fps or spending $2k on their GPU.

This will probably run any new FPS at medium or higher settings and the rest of the games out there at high.

I own a 6500 myself. Not going to beat the price for a new card. But this is very low end card of couse. However its fine for basic gaming. If your kid wants to play Minecraft, Roblox or Fortnight then this is fine. It will play better games at low setting. This will struggle for good FPS in the most demanding games though.

Just stick with your rx480 because it can be oc/ bios flash to rx580. And should net the same fps or even better than the 6500xt.
