15.6 vs 16 is barley noticeable side by side, lol. Ram is not upgradable, so depends if the 16GB upgrade is worth the .4" diagnol trade off.
If the screen was better on 16" model (3k vs 2k for example), then yeah, but there's basically no comparison between an extra .04" of screen and 16GB of RAM ... clear choice

I'd say a bigger screen is the better buy. 16GB is plenty for most people and a 16" 16x10 screen boosts readability and usability everytime you use the device for $50 less.

If (big if) this is accurate, you don't need to decide between 16 inch screen and 32 GB RAM, you can have both.
No, this has LPDDR5. That means it is soldered, and it won't have additional sockets for more ram.
That said, 16gb on a business type laptop will be plenty for probably 95% of the users for years to come.
