My Nespresso had problems with these pods. Would make too little coffee and afterward would release half a reservoir full of water, so it'd overflow real quick.

That's why I hesitated. Seems like that's pretty common based on the reviews. Appreciate the feedback.
What's your experience with the functionality of the pods? Any issues with them working properly on the first try?
They work just fine, never had one fail. Sometimes I'll draw a bit extra water through them (eg run a few extra seconds on a second button push), but they work and taste perfectly fine for me. I prefer them and Illy over Nespresso
