I understand the 4 amp batteries have been cheaper but this is a great price getting a 4ah
n=3 for renewed batteries direct from Greenworks- they've acted like the new ones for me.

Does anyone know if the new style 80v batteries are backwards compatible with the old units/tools? I'd assume so but haven't read anything on it

I have had perfect luck with greenwork 40 and 60v products, both new and refurb over the past decade. My friend bought this blower last time around and loves it.I go all Greenworks now. I had back luck with Ego with a battery failing and a chainsaw falling apart with minimal use..

This actually looks pretty good. AFAIK this is the highest cfm and mph version of the 80v product. 4ah battery worth this much if 90%+.

Though, it is a little funny that it has a brushless 'notor' in one of the spec pics

I got one and works great! Looks brand new and it's performance is on par with my dewalt flexvolt unit, the Greenworks is actually slightly quieter while pushing same air volume

One issue I see with these refurbished units - they are NOT eligible for return. so in case you dont like the product, you are stuck with it without an option to return!

They seem to be fine on the tools, but there are cross compatibility problems with the chargers.

I got a Greenworks 80v leaf blower. Not this unit, but similar. Have been using it for 1-2 year years. No issues. Battery is branded 'REFURB' and some minor accessories were missing from the blower itself. Would not have reservation about buying another if the price was right.

I got one earlier this year. It was more used than refurbished. Still had mud on it from the previous owner.

Yes, I had greenworks send me replacement new style battery for older unit and it works just fine.

Tnx, I got one, this is the only tool I was missing from all 80v. After the checkout there was like get another batt on sale for $136. This is a very good deal folks.
