what's a good pla that's matte and strong and not toxic, compatible with the old ender v3 pro? I'm new to 3d.

You can make this stronger or pla in general by printing with at least 4 walls, higher infill and Gyroid pattern. Only exception if it's going outdoors or in a car. Pla is not good for that as it doesn't like high heat or direct sunlight.

I just finished a roll off sainsmart never again the filament is very fragile. Prints were snapping apart even with gyroid, 6 walls,65% infill. Wouldn't recommend it unless its for a decorative piece you will never touch.
