it's gonna be area dependent but I get 500-700Mbps download, around 50Mbps upload

If you work from home or have any sort of heavy usage, this thing is not for you!
I have both tmobile home internet and verizon home internet, since i live in an area with no cabled internet options, and verizon actually does have a premium data home internet plan which does make a huge difference for latency if you play games. so just something to consider.
for average people just browsing videos and NOT gaming online, tmobile home internet is perfect.

At that time, T-Mobile was also issuing a VISA sign-up bonus, but there was an issue with my auto-payment and was late with my first monthly payment. Due to this, they disqualified me from their sign-up bonus. I cancelled the service after 3 months.
Of note, I did notice a slight lag compared to the Spectrum Internet service that I was receiving concurrently for a short-time. If I'm not mistaken, the lag was due to extra signal hops from 5G router to cell tower to network hub.

Also this service isn't a comparable replacement to cable or fiber, it is a lot slower and more laggy. At least at my location.
