Last year Ace & Lowes dumped all their Craftsman V-Series.
Looks like they doing the same for Craftsman Overdrive now.
Prices will keep getting better til they are gone. V-series took from Oct til around June for them to pawn it all off. Overdrive seems to be moving faster so they will likely get rid of them before the discounts get too deep at most locations. The larger more complete sets will be the first to dry up.

35 of these pieces are screwdriver and nut bits, so if you're looking mostly for sockets or want to just compare socket sets, you're getting 45 of those pieces.
Personally I'd rather buy separate screwdriver bits. Other than that it seem to have to decent coverage for what it is. I'm not sure I'd personally spend $80.
You can see the full list under Manuals & Documents.

Appreciate the heads-up. I was about to dig through and find out the breakdown of the pieces

They do sales all the time on their stuff, some will be better than other sales, however V-Series was discontinued.
