It's glow in the dark part is kind of lame. But they are absolutely fantastic in front of a black light. We had picked up two for the $35 a piece just a few days ago. They turned out so good with the black light I ordered two more for next year. the picture that's shown in the advertisement is what it looks like with the black light FYI.

Read the reviews -- people have had issues with it not actually glowing. Save your hard-earned cash.

Do you use an actual blacklight bulb on this, like a florescent one? I'm tempted to pick one of these up and see if it glows under my 'black light' which is really just an LED I set to purple.

I used an LED black light. I tried to link it but I don't know how to do it.

Figures. Every time I've had something that was supposed to glow in the dark, you had to hold it under a light bulb forever just to get it to glow for maybe 15 seconds. shake head

The only stuff that ACTUALLY glowed really well in the dark are CountyComm's rubberized glow in the dark items -- trays, key tags, etc. And their glow in the dark tape.

Everything else I've used is a scam.

Glow in dark always means black light. Should be no surprise.

You can literally buy glow in the dark paint for under $5. That's what we did for our store. For under $25 we'd have a cool skeleton that's 5ft tall.

Most glow in the dark won't perform without black light. If you charge with daylight it will loose strength quickly.
