Amazon lowered Ultra 3 price to $699 today:

What should I get this, wait for a deal on ultra 2, series 10 or the se3 on sale right now at Costco? Just need something for accurate calorie burn, pickleball and weight lifting calories burned. I like the look of the ultra 3 but feel like it's overkill. Also want nice aftermarket case options. TIA

Apple has most of the apps in the Apple ecosystem and a cellular connection so you can use it without a phone nearby to stay connected with calls/texts/data with a watch data plan.
While Apple watches require more frequent charging, the charging is quicker quicker and easier than with Garmin watches. I can put my Apple watch on a wireless charger before showering and by the time I'm dressed it's charged. Garmin watches usually require a proprietary cable and an hour+ to fully charge.

Are you saying you only shower once a week or that you are unemployed/retired and have enough free time to charge a watch every day whose battery lasts more than a week?

I'm tempted but also really like buying from Apple and using the Apple Card's 0% interest free payments + 5% reward.

I may have to see if Apple will drop prices for BF.

Is this a joke 700 for a watch isn't the iPhone 17 this price and then you need a 700 watch to track your work out because yeah it means a ton you burned that many calories and tracked your work or time. Been jogging for many years and never needed a watch to figure I was running a 5 minute mile. My watch with my heart rate, steps etc tracks all of that and helps for my panic attacks $100 bucks out the door and works great, 700 are you kidding me for an apple logo.
